At Bloom Perfumes, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. Therefore, please review the following terms regarding our exchange and return policy:

  • Original Invoice: The original invoice must be presented to complete any exchange or return process.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition as purchased, with the outer packaging intact and unopened.
  • Return Period: You may return the product within 14 days from the date of order arrival, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
  • Exchange Period: You may exchange the product within 14 days from the date of order arrival, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
  • If the product arrives with a leak due to damage from the shipping company, please do not open the packaging of the bottles and send a picture of the package and the perfume bottles while they are still sealed. If pictures are not sent, the perfumes will not be exchanged.
